nurse. I'm in very special treatment, not available on the NHS of course. I do like
to keep my patients very happy. I like to raise a smile. I do flush my um,
I do um, ring and flag knickers occasionally. Not too often because I wouldn't want to get
their blood pressure too high.
Like my knickers, they're very patriotic, aren't they?
